Orbis d.o.o. is one of the Croatian leading domain name registration providers for the .hr, .com.hr domains and international top level domains. We offer a full range of domain name services including registration, domain management, domain parking, domain reselling, email services, web hosting, web design and search engine submissions.
Orbis d.o.o. is CARNet accredited, which means you are dealing directly with a registrar.
CARNet manages .hr, top level domain for Croatia, according to Ordinance on Organisation and Management of National Internet Top-level Domain.
Some of requirements for .hr domain: open to companies or organisations that have an official address in Croatia, you have to provide OIB (Croatian tax number).
We have two types of .hr domain. Free and payable .hr domains.
Every company is allowed to register one .hr domain name for free, but the requested .hr domain name must be identical to the company name.
Companies (d.o.o. and d.d.) are allowed to register up to nine payable domain names. Domain name can be any that is free.
.com.hr: Registration of a .com.hr domain is only open to companies or organisations and citizens with an official address in Croatia. Domain name can be any that is free and there is no limit in number of domain names.
Domain .hr and .com.hr names can only use letters, numbers and hyphens ("-"). Spaces and other symbols are not allowed. They cannot begin or end with a hyphen. Domains must have a minimum of 3 characters and cannot exceed 63 characters.
